Coconut Balls /Palline di cocco

Zucchero 175 gr
Uova 2
Farina di cocco 240 gr
Buccia di arancia 1

Montate a neve con una frusta elettrica le uova con lo zucchero.
Aggiungete la buccia grattugiata di un'arancia.
Quando il composto sarà spumoso aggiungete la farina di cocco. Lasciate riposare per 5 minuti.
Ungete una teglia e formate delle palline con le mani e sistematele sulla teglia. Passate in forno caldo per 15 minuti a temperatura media.

Sugar 175 gr.
Eggs 2
Coconut flour 240 gr.
Orange peel 1 orange

Whisk the eggs until they are stiff together with the sugar. Add the grated orange peel. When the mixture is frothy, add the coconut flour. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Grease an oven pan and form small balls with your hands from the mixture. Arrange them on the pan. Put them into the oven when it is hot and bake for 15 minutes at a medium temperature.
If you keep these sweets in an air-tight jar, they will last for 15 days
