| Ingredienti: per 4 persone, tempo di preparazione 30. 2 melanzane Friggere le melanzane, preparare tre frittate con la farina basilico sale e pepe, in una teglia alternare salsa di pomidoro, frittata melenzane, tuma e basilico, terminare con una frittata bagnare con la salsa ed infornare per 10 mituti a fuoco medio, mangiare tiepido Vuoi mandarci una ricetta siciliana? |
